By accessing this website or booking our services, you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree with any part, please refrain from using our services.
Prime Occasions offers complete event planning, coordination, and execution services for weddings, corporate functions, parties, and other occasions. Services will be provided as per the agreed proposal and contract. Customizations or changes during the execution phase may be subject to additional charges and timelines.
All bookings require an advance payment of 50% of the total quoted amount to confirm the event date. The remaining balance must be cleared at least 5 days before the event. Payment methods accepted include bank transfers, UPI, and online payment gateways.
Failure to complete the payment may result in cancellation of services without refund of the advance.
Cancellations made 15 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund of the advance amount. Cancellations within 15 days of the event date are non-refundable due to the commitment of resources and bookings.
In the event of unavoidable circumstances (natural calamity, government restrictions, etc.), we may offer rescheduling options subject to availability.
Clients are expected to provide timely approvals, access to venues, and necessary documentation for smooth execution. Any delays caused by client-side inaction may impact the final event delivery, for which Prime Occasions will not be held responsible.
Prime Occasions may use photos and videos taken during events for promotional purposes including social media, portfolio, or advertising. If clients prefer not to have their event shared publicly, a written request must be submitted in advance.
We respect your privacy. All personal and event information shared with Prime Occasions will be kept confidential and used only for service execution. We do not share data with third parties without consent.
While we strive to deliver seamless events, Prime Occasions shall not be liable for delays or service interruptions caused by third-party vendors, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services rendered.
Prime Occasions reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will be available on our website. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of these changes.
